Dr. Phil Marshall

“Dr. Phil” has focused throughout his career on enhancing how patients and physicians can more easily communicate and manage their health data. Following his work at GE Medical Systems and Kaiser Permanente Northwest where he studied physicians’ attitudes toward the Electronic Health Record, he became WebMD’s Vice President of Product Strategy.  At WebMD, Dr. Marshall managed the creation and delivery of personalized health management, personal health record, and benefit, provider and treatment decision support services, which propelled WebMD’s employer and payer business.  He contributed to the Markle Common Framework for Networked Personal Health Information, and has overseen product strategy and product management as a Senior Vice President for Press Ganey, serving over 2400 hospitals, and over 100,000 physicians in the US with services that bring the patient’s voice to the point of care.  While at Press Ganey, he also oversaw solutions that help providers meet the changing landscape of payment reform with performance measurement solutions.   Most recently, Dr. Marshall has founded a health care technology company, Conversa Health, that helps doctors stay in touch with their patients between visits using Digital Checkups.
Richard Kibbey

Richard began his drum corps career in in 1961 as a Color Guard Captain and aging out in 1970 as a lead baritone and the Corps Captain. He wrote his first field show in 1971 as Marching Caption head and was an Assistant Corps Director Flamingos and Argonauts, from Salem, OR. He served in various roles from 1971 to 1996 with the Argonauts, including Corps Director, Visual Designer and Visual Instructor. Richard was also a Visual Instructor with the Argonauts Youth band and the Northern Lights Youth band from 1988 to 1999. Richard also worked with many other drum corps during this period as a marching instructor including the Columbians, Renaissance, and Spartans.  Richard was the manager of the Argonauts Bingo Game from 1981 to 1996.  At its peak, it was a $3.5M annual operation.
Richard has also taught at many of the Oregon marching band programs since 1982, including Sprague, Sunset, Beaverton, Westview, Centennial, Clackamas, McKay, South Salem, and North Salem.  Richard is currently on staff at North Salem High School.
David Jones
David Jones
David Jones’ love for travel led him to start his first travel agency when he was only ten years old… and it led to a bit of OC history when he co-founded the original 1971 Oregon Crusaders with his brother Ron Jones … his role? Organizing and managing the tour! Today, his travel journal is jam-packed with destinations, including Africa, India, Southeast Asia, Australia, South America, Central America, and the Middle East. He is married to Nonnie and together, they have four children and one brand new grandson. David is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for one of the most premium executive travel firms in the country, Ker & Downey
Lisa Heck

Lisa became involved with Oregon Crusaders through her son, a 3-year veteran percussionist for OC Indoor and OC.  Prior to joining the Board of Directors, Lisa served as Show Coordinator for Northwest Association of Performing Arts winter shows and served as Treasurer for Glencoe Band Boosters for two years.

Transitioning to more involvement in Oregon Crusaders was a natural progression.  Lisa became Treasurer in 2013 and has been responsible for upgrading and maintaining financial accounting processes for the OC drum corps the and two winter groups.

Jeff Reddicks

Jeff has been a volunteer parent with the Oregon Crusaders. His two sons, Jordan and Jay, both percussionist, have kept him involved with OC Indoor as well. Touring with the Oregon Crusaders for four summers as a truck driver and part of the cooking staff has lead to a deep understanding of drum corps activities. Over the years, he has developed a strong passion for the music and the intense challenge of drum corps, and how these aid in the growth and development of the OC members into responsible young adults.
Jeff is a health care professional, practicing as a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon for 20 years with Willamette Dental Group. During his career he has been Head Oral Surgeon with W.D.G., Director of Oral Surgery and Dentistry at Providence St. Vincent Hospital, Dental Board Examiner, Past President of the Washington County Dental Society, Trustee with the Oregon Dental Association and has volunteered with Medical Teams International, both locally and abroad in Turkey and Iraq.
Angela Jones

While Angela has had a successful career leading dental practices, her passions go beyond dentistry to serving the community. In 2003, working with a group of six community members, Angela opened a Spanish/English dual-language charter school in Salem. This K-12 program continues to grow stronger each year and has been a landslide success. Serving as a member on the school board for four years was an extremely rewarding experience. Angela now volunteers an endless amount of time and money to the West Salem School’s music programs and the Oregon Crusader, where her children, and those of others, grow and thrive.
Mike Bujnowski

Mike is the co-founder and former CEO of Reliance Network, a highly successful web-based SaaS company. He holds bachelor degrees from the University of Washington and Central Washington University, an MBA from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business, and he is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration from Temple University in Philadelphia.  He additionally holds several professional certifications.

Mike is the Chairman of the Northwest Youth Music Association Board of Directors where he has served for more than eight years. He is a patron of the Cascades and of Northwest drum corps. Mike also serves on the Board of Directors for the non-profit, Music4Life, which serves school districts in the Seattle Metro area.

David Kruse

David Kruse first developed his love for the marching arts as an active member of his high school and college marching band programs. He is currently enjoying the opportunity to share this passion with his daughter, Rebekka, as she marched at Tigard HS and currently at University of Arizona and as a Oregon Crusader. David has been a volunteer with the Oregon Crusaders since 2013 as part of the cooking staff, driving on tour and assisting with the 2014 Drums of Fire show. He has volunteered in various roles with the Tigard HS marching program including four years with the Tigard Marching Ensemble Pit Crew, and he has served as a manager and coach for girls competitive ASA travel softball. David is a risk and insurance management professional and has previously served on the Board of Directors for the Tigard High Band Parent Support Organization, and for the Tigard Blast Fastpitch Softball Association.
