Thank you to all who have auditioned for the 2012 season. We still have a few positions that are still open:

WHEN: May 11 – 13 (Friday evening through Sunday afternoon)
COST: $100 per camp.

Oregon Crusaders 2012 Important Dates. This has all of the Winter and Spring camp, rehearsal, and performance dates. Exact times and locations will be posted on the OC Calendar & Schedule page.
Oregon Crusaders Fee Schedule. This is a subset of what is already in the Member Handbook.
2012 OC Member Handbook. (requires registered member login/password). This document includes information about Oregon Crusaders, guidelines and expectations, the fees and payment schedule, and the tour “Survival Guide”.
2012 OC Member Forms. (requires registered member login/password). All auditionees must download, print, and fill these out before coming to auditions, regardless of whether you are a previous member.
There is also a Sponsorship Letter template for you to use to help get money for tuition. Personalize it but, most of all, do it.
Access to these files is password protected. When you registered, you were given a login/password to you in an email.
BRASS
Please download the Brass Audition Letter, Brass Required Equipment document, updated Brass Curriculum for your instrument, and parts from each of the Music folders. Print these out and put in your 3-ring binder.

PERCUSSION
Please download and print out the exercises and music. Put them in your 3-ring binder.

COLOR GUARD
Check out the Guard page for the the most current information. Also, you will receive an email from Charlotte or Missy about the guard rehearsals. You can also email Charlotte if you have questions.

MEMBERS
Once you are offered a postion in the Oregon Crusaders, make sure that you join the Oregon Crusaders Facebook Group. (You must be a current member to join this Facebook group)

HELP WITH TUITION: In addition to sending out Sponsorship Letters, we are offering 2 additional opportunities for you to earn money to help with your tuition.
1. SCRIP. Contact Gina King for more information and forms. It’s easy to do. Basically, it’s selling gift cards at face value. You get a cut of the sale.
2. Selling Program Ads for the Hillsboro and NW Drum Corps shows. All information about this has been posted in the Members Download Area. Contact Karl Rinder or Mike Quillen if you have questions about how it works. It’s easy to do and you can earn quite a bit of money.
Color Guard - Make sure that you check out the Guard page for the latest Color Guard info from Charlotte! If you have specific question about Color Guard, or the audition process for the guard, you can email Charlotte.
