A Tradition of Excellence

Committed to the Development of our Members

The Oregon Crusaders’ mission is to provide education through performance to youth in the areas of musical and visual ensemble artistry.

Through the group’s achievement of artistic and performance excellence, Oregon Crusaders provides the educational, cultural, interpersonal, physical and emotional growth necessary for young people to persevere and excel in life.

OC employs some the most talented design and instructional professionals in the country, who design programs that over 250 talented performers convey through a powerful, athletic and artistic performance. Oregon Crusaders produce three ensembles, including the Oregon Crusaders Drum and Bugle Corps, OC Indoor winter percussion ensemble, and OC Independent winter colorguard.

Oregon Crusaders is a 501c3 nonprofit organization, EIN 93-1285710

“You do what?!”

It’s difficult to fully explain what we do.  We hear “You do WHAT?!” when we tell people that we are part of a national touring youth performing arts organization with 150 performers, over 40 designers and instructors, and with two additional winter ensembles.  So to make it a bit more real, here’s some interesting statistics:

Minutes of rehearsal each year
Pounds of ground beef
Yards of Fabric
Miles per summer

That’s what we do, but this is WHY we do it

Oregon Crusaders has given me something I cannot put into words. From the experiences I shared with my team mates, the skills I had no idea I was building, to what we were doing for the community… This organization is a breath of fresh air. Thank you over and over OC. Much Love.
Andrew Wallner, Crusader of the year 2013

Can we hear a hallelujah?!
