Dr. Phil Marshall

“Dr. Phil” has focused throughout his career on enhancing how patients and physicians can more easily communicate and manage their health data. Following his work at GE Medical Systems and Kaiser Permanente Northwest where he studied physicians’ attitudes toward the Electronic Health Record, he became WebMD’s Vice President of Product Strategy.  At WebMD, Dr. Marshall managed the creation and delivery of personalized health management, personal health record, and benefit, provider and treatment decision support services, which propelled WebMD’s employer and payer business.  He contributed to the Markle Common Framework for Networked Personal Health Information, and has overseen product strategy and product management as a Senior Vice President for Press Ganey, serving over 2400 hospitals, and over 100,000 physicians in the US with services that bring the patient’s voice to the point of care.  While at Press Ganey, he also oversaw solutions that help providers meet the changing landscape of payment reform with performance measurement solutions.   Most recently, Dr. Marshall has founded a health care technology company, Conversa Health, that helps doctors stay in touch with their patients between visits using Digital Checkups.
Tom Quenemoen

Tom Quenemoen is a long-time Portlander, and has extensive experience in managing technology delivery organizations, particularly as a former program manager / technical manager for Intel Corporation. He has a lot of experience in systems setup and deployment, putting that to good use at OC by implementing Salesforce and our other support technologies. He may also be best known as the father of drum major extraordinaire, Anna Quenemoen.
Bob Taylor
Bob Taylor
Bob creates new technology businesses for Hewlett Packard. He fell in love with the drum corps activity marching competitively in high school. Bob is experienced in strategic development, finance, business development, and technology. He remains active musically through his church – playing guitar, bass, as well as working in sound design, as he’s done work in live and recorded music since his days in college.
Jeff Reddicks

Jeff has been a volunteer parent with the Oregon Crusaders. His two sons, Jordan and Jay, both percussionist, have kept him involved with OC Indoor as well. Touring with the Oregon Crusaders for four summers as a truck driver and part of the cooking staff has lead to a deep understanding of drum corps activities. Over the years, he has developed a strong passion for the music and the intense challenge of drum corps, and how these aid in the growth and development of the OC members into responsible young adults.
Jeff is a health care professional, practicing as a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon for 20 years with Willamette Dental Group. During his career he has been Head Oral Surgeon with W.D.G., Director of Oral Surgery and Dentistry at Providence St. Vincent Hospital, Dental Board Examiner, Past President of the Washington County Dental Society, Trustee with the Oregon Dental Association and has volunteered with Medical Teams International, both locally and abroad in Turkey and Iraq.
Angela Jones

While Angela has had a successful career leading dental practices, her passions go beyond dentistry to serving the community. In 2003, working with a group of six community members, Angela opened a Spanish/English dual-language charter school in Salem. This K-12 program continues to grow stronger each year and has been a landslide success. Serving as a member on the school board for four years was an extremely rewarding experience. Angela now volunteers an endless amount of time and money to the West Salem School’s music programs and the Oregon Crusader, where her children, and those of others, grow and thrive.
Michael Peacor
Michael Peacor
Michael is a long-time Oregonian, living in Eugene, and has significant experience in technology support, both delivering service and managing global teams, as a Manager for Symantec Corporation. Michael’s love of music started early and has continued through his entire life, studying and performing violin, viola, and voice. Michael is also a parent of a former member, and served as the Head Cook for the 2018 Tour for OC.
John Tortorici

John has over thirty years of successful business, and nonprofit experience as an entrepreneur and operational manager including fifteen years as CEO of the public company he founded. He sits on the boards of small software companies and three nonprofits. In addition he is a volunteer ORTOP, Rose Festival, SOLVE and a mentor at an alternative high school for at-risk teens. John is a former Naval Officer and graduate of Adelphi University of Garden City, NY where he attained the degree of Bachelor of Business Administration.
David Jones

David Jones’ love for travel led him to start his first travel agency when he was only ten years old… and it led to a bit of OC history when he co-founded the original 1971 Oregon Crusaders with his brother Ron Jones … his role? Organizing and managing the tour! Today, his travel journal is jam-packed with destinations, including Africa, India, Southeast Asia, Australia, South America, Central America, and the Middle East. He is married to Nonnie and together, they have four children and one brand new grandson. David is the Founder of Nomad Hill, a leading premium travel experience company.
Michelle Stein

Michelle Stein joined Team Cinder as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in November 2015. She has a background in government service, small business ownership and advertising sales. Most recently, she has successfully recruited for a variety of positions and industries, namely retail sales, call centers, automotive services, and dental providers. Her role at Cinder covers recruiting for all aspects of health care, manufacturing/warehousing, and office/clerical roles, however she will venture into the world of Engineering and IT when a particularly interesting opportunity comes along.
Originally from the East Coast, Michelle holds a B.A. in Economics from Hunter College, City University of New York. In her spare time, she is a passionate reader, organic gardener, and a pretty good cook.
